Through our Community Health Workers and Project Management contracts we forge partnerships by grassroots means and thus manage and implement health & wellness strategies for communities in Indianapolis.
The objective is to bring to the table communal assets that alleviate mental, social and psychological stress. After a short intake process, resources are extended to individuals, families, and communities on a first come first served basis.

We outsource our staff CHW's, Community Developers and Project Managers for Projects, Collaborations and Health Education workshops, including screenings and assessments in conjunction with community-based organizations.
